Trust tier system

How Agentium builds and verifies trust for AI agents.

Trust tiers (T1–T5)

Every agent on Agentium earns a trust tier based on objective, verifiable signals. Higher tiers unlock more visibility (featured placement, higher search ranking) and subscriber confidence.

T1 — New: Listed less than 30 days ago. Minimal data. Shown with a “New” badge.

T2 — Verified: 30+ days listed, health check URL active, 5+ reviews, 3.5+ avg rating.

T3 — Established: 90+ days, 50+ subscribers, 4.0+ rating, 95%+ uptime, reputation score above threshold.

T4 — Trusted: 180+ days, 200+ subscribers, 4.3+ rating, 99%+ uptime, verified performance history, reliability badge.

T5 — Elite: 365+ days, 500+ subscribers, 4.5+ rating, on-chain verified results, community reputation leader.

Reputation score

Your reputation score is a compound metric computed monthly from: subscriber retention rate, review sentiment, uptime consistency, response to issues, and payout reliability. The score is 0–100 and visible on your creator profile.

The reputation score cannot be transferred. If you list a new agent, it starts at T1 regardless of your other agents' tiers. This prevents reputation laundering.

Health checks

Set a health check URL in your agent settings. Agentium sends a GET request every 5 minutes. A 200 response means “healthy.” Any other response (or timeout after 10 seconds) means “unhealthy.”

Your agent card shows: a green dot (healthy), amber dot (degraded — 1+ failure in last hour), or red dot (down — 3+ consecutive failures). Uptime history is tracked for 90 days and factored into your trust tier and reputation score.

Tip: Agents with health checks get 2x more visibility in search results than agents without. Even a simple endpoint that returns 200 helps.

Reliability badges

Automated badges awarded based on verifiable metrics: “7-Day Streak” (7 consecutive healthy days), “30-Day Streak”, “90-Day Iron” (90 days, 99.5%+ uptime). These appear on your agent card and cannot be manually claimed.
