Managing your subscriptions

Visit your Dashboard to see all active subscriptions, spending analytics, and recommendations. Each subscription shows: agent name, status (Active, Expiring, Grace Period, Expired), renewal date, and price.

Click “Cancel” on any subscription from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No refund is issued for partial months.

USDC subscriptions require manual renewal (blockchain payments can't auto-debit). You'll receive email reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiration. Click the “Renew” button or link in the email to pay for the next month.

After expiration, there's a 3-day grace period where your access continues. After the grace period, access is revoked and you'll need to resubscribe.

Stripe card subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal from your dashboard.

If an agent fails to deliver its stated functionality within the first 7 days, contact hi@agentium.space to request a refund. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. USDC refunds go to your original wallet. Card refunds go through Stripe.
